Arrival and Dismissal

OPERATIONS | Arrival

At 6:30 am the Prescott gate will be open, the sidewalk gate will be open  and visitors must go to the main doors to register. Once they register, they must use their badges and masks at all times. Volunteers must be  registered and pre-approved in the Voly system.  The counselor coordinates the visit and  communicates with the front office team.  All visitors must  return their badges to  the main offices. Only pre-arranged visits will be allowed into our building and official district employees. 

Office hours: 

Drop off time 8:15 am.

8:00 am. to 4:30 pm.

Instructional time:

8:35 am. to 4:00 pm.

Tardy: 8:30 am.

Latest pick up: 3:00 pm.

Latest change communication to the main office at 3:00 pm.

OPERATIONS | Dismissal

Dismissal time is  4:00 pm. 

Late pick-ups will be brought to the makerspace and parents will be contacted.

Late procedures will be as follows:

After 4:15 pm, the parent must sign out the child. By the third late pick up, the sign out  process will be with the principal.  Late pick ups should be communicated to the office staff.
